1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BuildStax, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

BuildStax is an AI coding agent that reads your codebase, plans changes, writes code, and verifies results. The service is currently in private preview and may change as we develop it.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all code and content processed through BuildStax.
  • You must have the necessary rights to any repositories you connect.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all changes before merging or deploying.
  • You must not use BuildStax for illegal or harmful activities.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary models or routing logic.
  • Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Do not share your account credentials or API keys.
  • Do not use BuildStax to generate malicious, deceptive, or infringing code.

5. AI-generated content

BuildStax generates code using AI models. AI-generated code may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all output before use. We are not liable for damages resulting from AI-generated code.

6. Pricing & billing

During private preview, the service may be free or offered at discounted rates. Paid plans will be introduced with public launch. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Termination

You may stop using BuildStax at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer

BuildStax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated code will be correct or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildStax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
